Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Medisync Training
At Medisync Training, we understand that unexpected changes can occur. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of our learners while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and course delivery.
1. Cancellations and Withdrawals
Notification of cancellation, withdrawal, or deferral from a course or unit of competency must be submitted in writingvia email to:

2. Refund Conditions
- More than 10 days before the course date: A full refund will be issued.
- Between 5–10 days before the course date: A 75% refund will be provided to cover administrative costs.
- Less than 5 days before the course date or after commencement:
- No refund will be issued, as course materials and trainer costs have already been allocated.
3. Transfers and Rescheduling
We understand plans can change.
- Learners may transfer to another available course date once at no charge.
- Additional transfers may incur a small administration fee.
- All transfers are subject to course availability.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
If you are unable to attend due to serious illness, family emergency, or other compassionate grounds, Medisync Training may, at its discretion, offer a full credit for use toward a future course. Supporting documentation may be requested.
5. Course Cancellation by Medisync Training
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by Medisync Training due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer illness, low enrolments, or venue issues):
Participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another course date at no additional cost.
6. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a booked course without prior written notice will result in no refund or transfer being provided.
