Course Content

Entry Requirements: Participants must be physically capable of performing practical tasks, including 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR and rescue breathing on manikins, and must have access to an internet-enabled device to complete the online/pre-course study.

Assessment Requirement: Participants undertaking this course will be expected to complete both written and practical assessment tasks.

certificate Renewal Requirements: This certificate has an industry recommended renewal period of 36 months

Units Delivered: The following units will be included in your certificate: HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support

Complete a first aid incident report based on a simulated scenario
Manage casualties with: Anaphylaxis or asthma, choking, bleeding, shock, and minor wounds, nosebleeds, fractures, dislocations, sprains, and strains, envenomation (e.g., snake or funnel-web spider bites)

Upon successful completion of the face-to-face practical session and the online e-learning module, your Statement of Attainment will be emailed on the same day. Ensure all requirements, including a verified USI, are completed to receive your certificate promptly.
