You can complete the online e-learning module before or after the face-to-face practical session, but it must be finished before your certificate can be issued. You must also have a verified Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Upon successful completion of the face-to-face practical session and the online e-learning module, your Statement of Attainment will be emailed on the same day. Ensure all requirements, including a verified USI, are completed to receive your certificate promptly.
